SIX is built around the idea that human strength is best developed through fundamental movement patterns. These patterns are universally recognised across strength and conditioning disciplines and form the foundation of effective physical training.

We value consistency, simplicity, and mastery of fundamentals—a private training club built on movement quality, serious training standards, and a strong community culture. You stop training alone. You stop chasing random trends and start building.

We fear not the many who have practiced ten thousand snatches once, but the few who have practiced one snatch ten thousand times.

Six is a private members training club built around strength and function — for people who want to be capable, powerful, and quietly impressive in their own lives. And maybe knock out a handstand push-up in the lounge.

Founded to keep the Mid Mountains crew training together, especially the 6AM pioneers. Born from community. Built because dedicated people still wanted to show up and keep their gains.

Ash brings calm authority and steady standards. She watches the details. You move well. You lift properly. You progress.

If you're chasing performance, she's here for it.

If you just want to become a damn strong human and train with good people, that works too.

At Six, you'll get stronger. You'll get fitter.

You'll learn the occasional questionable pull-up variation.

And somewhere in there, you'll make more friends.

All classes are 45 minutes. Sessions capped at 6 members per class (session dependant).

11am – 4pm: Private coach sessions and individual private coaching therapy sessions available.

24/7 Access: Members can access the club anytime for self-directed training.

They're structured, but not rigid — you can shift, tweak or rework them as your training, schedule or life inevitably changes. No sign-up fees. No lock-in contracts. Just a club. A good one.
